The first part of this assignment is to solve the following 8 exercises related to the three most important discrete probability distributions used in Business Statistics: Binomial, Poisson, and Hypergeometric. The exercises are located in Chapter 5 on pages 196 to 210:

5.26, 5.27, 5.28, 5.36, 5.40, 5.43, 5.50 and 5.51

In addition, solve the exercises 5.14 and 5.15

Note: Exercises without solution's procedures are inadmissible and/or unacceptable.

Suggestion: Read the chapter 5 and its examples before solving this assignment.

The second part of this assignment is to solve and register at http://www.hawkeslearning.com/TAMIUSTAT/
your certificates of Sections 22 (Binomial), 23 (Poisson) and 24 (Hypergeometric) from Chapter 5.
